Shipping policy

At PEDIFEET SHOES LLC, we ship orders quickly and keep you informed at every step.

Service Area

We only ship within the United States (all 50 states and DC). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET are considered received the next business day.

  • We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, most orders arrive in 4–7 business days via our standard service. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier volume, weather, or events outside our control.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after carrier pickup.

Addresses, PO Boxes & Changes

  • Please enter your complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • PO Boxes are typically served via USPS.

  • If you need to correct an address and your order hasn’t shipped yet, email pedifeet21@gmail.com immediately with “Address Update – Order #[number]”.

Delivery Issues

  • Marked Delivered but not received: Check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier using your tracking number. If you still need help, email us and we’ll assist with a trace.

  • Delays: Carrier delays are rare but can happen. We’ll help monitor and follow up if a package is stalled.

Damage in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label;

  2. Email pedifeet21@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

Undeliverable / Returned to Sender

Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or unclaimed at delivery, can be reshipped once the address is corrected. If additional postage is required to reship, we’ll let you know before proceeding.

Order Splits & Signature

We may ship items in more than one box at no additional cost. For higher-value orders, we may require signature on delivery to protect your purchase.
