2. Are your shoes authentic and new?

Yes — all footwear sold on pedifeet.shop is new, quality-checked, and sourced through authorized manufacturing partners under our brand standards. We never sell used or refurbished items.


3. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to email us before placing an order — we’re happy to help you select the ideal fit.


4. Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure payments through major credit/debit cards and digital wallets as shown at checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.


5. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.


6. What are your shipping times and service area?

We currently ship within the United States.

  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships


7. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after carrier pickup.


8. Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at pedifeet21@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to process changes, but once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be altered.


9. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • For remorse-based returns (wrong size/color choice), customer covers return shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and next steps.


10. How long do refunds take to process?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.


11. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


12. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — the fastest method is to complete a return and place a new order, or you may request store credit so you can reorder quickly.


13. What if my package shows "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?

First, check with neighbors or household members. If still not located, contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. If additional help is needed, reach out to us and we’ll guide you through a delivery trace.


14. Do you collect or sell personal information?

No. We only use your information to process your order and provide customer support. You may review or request data removal at any time by contacting us.
