Cancellation policy

At PEDIFEET SHOES LLC, we process orders quickly so that they can be shipped as soon as possible. For that reason, order cancellation is time-sensitive and subject to the policy below.


Eligibility for Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within the processing window, before they have been packed or shipped.

  • Processing occurs Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

  • Orders placed before 05:00 PM EST are sent for processing the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 05:00 PM EST enter processing the next business day.

If your order has already entered the shipping stage or has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled but may still qualify for a return under our Refund & Return Policy.


How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation, email pedifeet21@gmail.com immediately with the subject:

"Cancellation Request – Order #[your order number]"

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

We will confirm whether the order is still within the eligible cancellation time frame.


If Cancellation Is Approved

If your request is received before the order has shipped:

  • The order will be canceled

  • The payment authorization will be voided or refunded to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically post within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider


If Cancellation Is No Longer Possible

If the order has already shipped or is in transit:

  • The order cannot be canceled at that stage

  • You may still complete a return request after delivery, according to our Refund & Return Policy
